52nd Annual Day: TARANG (Waves of Creativity)
Kumbakonam, January 11, 2025: The prestigious A.R.R. Matriculation Higher Secondary School celebrated its 52nd annual day, TARANG (Waves of Creativity), with great enthusiasm and pomp. The event was graced by the esteemed presence of Mr.A.M VAIDYANAATHAN, Secretary and Managing Trustee , Chairman, Mrs. SUKHAMALA VAIDYANAATHAN of A. R. R Matriculation School, and Chief Guest Mr. K. R. Giridharan(Our school Alumni – 1987 Batch ), a renowned personality in the industry.
The dignitaries, including the Chief Guest and the management team, were welcomed with a traditional pooja ceremony. Secretary, Mr. A. M. VAIDYANAATHAN delivered the welcome address, highlighting the school’s achievements and expressing gratitude to the guests.
Mr. K. R. Giridharan addressed the gathering, emphasizing the importance of education in shaping the nation’s future. He praised the school’s efforts in providing quality education and encouraged students to strive for excellence.
The annual report was presented by the principal, showcasing the school’s accomplishments and achievements.
The cultural program was a spectacular display of talent, with students showcasing their skills in music, dance, and drama. Performances included a traditional Bharatanatyam dance, a fusion music performance, and a hilarious skit.
The management team and teachers were felicitated for their tireless efforts in shaping the school’s vision. The highlight of the evening was the prize distribution ceremony, where students who excelled in academics were awarded prizes and certificates by the Chief Guest.
The annual day celebration concluded with a vote of thanks followed by the national anthem. The event was a resounding success, with students, teachers, and parents coming together to celebrate the school’s achievements.
